Duffy unveils air traffic controller recruitment, retention program

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has recently announced a new cash incentive program that aims to address the shortage of air traffic controllers in the United States. The program offers attractive bonuses to both new hires and experienced controllers in order to attract and retain highly skilled professionals in this critical role.

Under this new program, academy graduates and new hires will receive a $5,000 bonus upon joining the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
