MACAU – CHINA: The 15th Macau Forum sees the Energy and Water Minister advancing cooperation

The Minister of Energy and Water, João Baptista Borges, has been in the People’s Republic of China since June 17 and is set to return on June 22. He is attending the 15th Edition of the International Forum on Investment and Infrastructure Construction (IIICF) in Macau, China, focused on the theme “GREEN INNOVATION, DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY.” Alongside the forum, the minister is engaged in a busy schedule that includes high-level meetings and visits to the exhibitions of Chinese companies involved in the event, with particular attention to those in the Energy and Water sectors.

As part of his activities today, the Angolan minister visited the booth of SiNOMACH-CMEC, where he witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation on projects related to power plants, transmission lines, and substations in Angola between GAMEK and SINOHIDRO.
