City Manager Kelcey Young’s Last Day: A Year of Progress and Growth
After just over a year of dedicated service, City Manager Kelcey Young’s last day will be on November 28. When Young was appointed as City Manager in October of last year, she brought with her a wealth of experience and a clear vision for our city. Her passion for community development and her commitment to public service were evident from the very beginning. It was clear that she was the right person for the job, and she wasted no time in getting to work.
One of Young’s top priorities was to improve the overall infrastructure of our city. She recognized the need for better roads, improved public transportation, and upgraded utilities.
